Ojakhuri with pumpkin

  • Pumpkin 500 g
  • Veal 500 g
  • Onion 1 head
  • Red sweet pepper ½ pieces
  • Zucchini ½ pieces
  • Vegetable oil 50 ml
  • Cilantro 10 g
  • Ground Coriander Pinch
  • Thyme pinch
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste


  • Peel pumpkin from skin and seeds, cut into small bars. Cut veal in the same pieces.
  • Heat the frying pan and fry the pumpkin in vegetable oil until half cooked. Add meat to the pumpkin, fry on medium heat, stirring for 3-4 minutes.
  • Chop garlic and add to pan, mix, add onion, chopped into thin half-rings, mix and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
  • Add chopped peppers and zucchini into the griddle and mix. Pepper, salt, add thyme, ground coriander and chopped cilantro. Serve sprinkled with fresh cilantro.
