  • 4oz skinless fillet
  • 1 pita
  • 4 cups of spring mix
  • 45g┬áCilantro Avocado Yogurt Dressing
  • 198g tomato
  • 1/4 medium red onion

Instructions
 

  • Preheat stovetop pan to low heat.
  • Season fillet with lemon pepper seasoning.
  • Cook fillet on low fully covered till cooked through.
  • Prep bowl with remaining ingredients.
  • Top the bowl with the fillet.
