Lemon Pepper Barramundi over a Mediterranean Salad Recipe
- 4oz skinless fillet
- 1 pita
- 4 cups of spring mix
- 45g Cilantro Avocado Yogurt Dressing
- 198g tomato
- 1/4 medium red onion
- Preheat stovetop pan to low heat.
- Season fillet with lemon pepper seasoning.
- Cook fillet on low fully covered till cooked through.
- Prep bowl with remaining ingredients.
- Top the bowl with the fillet.
I made this recipe for dinner last night and it turned out delicious!
