Zucchini Thaler Recipe

Zucchini Taler – A light and easy meal for hot summer days!

  • 350g zucchini
  • 50g carrot
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g flour
  • 4 tbsp herbs
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • Salt pepper

  • Finely grate the zucchini and squeeze out some liquid in a sieve. Peel the carrot and grate it finely. Mix the grated zucchini and carrot with eggs, flour, herbs and spices.
  • Heat a pan with a little oil and distribute the mixture in the pan. First fry the taler hot, then turn down the heat and fry for about 5 min over medium heat. Turn the taler and fry the other side again for 5 min.
  • Serve with the topping of your choice.
