Finely grate the zucchini and squeeze out some liquid in a sieve. Peel the carrot and grate it finely. Mix the grated zucchini and carrot with eggs, flour, herbs and spices.
Heat a pan with a little oil and distribute the mixture in the pan. First fry the taler hot, then turn down the heat and fry for about 5 min over medium heat. Turn the taler and fry the other side again for 5 min.
Serve with the topping of your choice.
