Rosemary and sea salt artisan bread

Ingredients
- 3 cups bread flour
- a packet of instant yeast
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp Rosemary
- 1.5 cups room temp water
Instructions
- Simply combine the ingredients, prove in a warm area for 2-3 hours, shape into 2 loaves and prove another 30 mins, score, top with more rosemary and sea salt, and bake at 475 F for 22-25 mins.
The flavors were well balanced and the instructions were clear and easy to follow.
