Ingredients

  • 3 cups bread flour

  • a packet of instant yeast

  • 2 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tbsp Rosemary

  • 1.5 cups room temp water

Directions

  • Simply combine the ingredients, prove in a warm area for 2-3 hours, shape into 2 loaves and prove another 30 mins, score, top with more rosemary and sea salt, and bake at 475 F for 22-25 mins.
