Pork in garlic sauce

  • Pork 1 kg
  • Sour cream 500 g
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Hops-suneli 0.3 tsp


  1. Meat washed, cut into goulash and put in a tray or pan for baking.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream and mayonnaise, add crushed or grated garlic, black pepper on the tip of a knife, 1 / 4-1 / 3 teaspoon of hops-suneli, salt to taste, then mix everything thoroughly.
  3. The resulting sauce pour the meat and put in the oven. Bake for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 250 degrees.

Recipe Tip:

As a side dish, both boiled and fried potatoes, rice or vegetarian pilaf are well suited.
