Chicken Tikka Masala
Ingredients:

  • Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • ½ tsp cardamom seeds
  • Ground Ginger 1 tsp
  • Ground coriander 1 tsp
  • Zira 1 tsp
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • Ground chilli 2 tsp
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Chicken breast 4 pieces
  • Sour cream 100 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Cilantro 1 bundle

Instructions:

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Put crushed garlic and spices. Fry over high heat for a minute, stirring vigorously. Add tomato paste and very finely chopped onion, fry for 4 minutes.
  2. Slice ​​chicken into small pieces and put in pan, pour 150 ml of water and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour sour cream, salt, pepper, stir. Simmer until cooked chicken.
  3. Serve with chopped cilantro.
