Chicken Tikka Masala
Ingredients
- Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 3 cloves
- ½ tsp cardamom seeds
- Ground Ginger 1 tsp
- Ground coriander 1 tsp
- Zira 1 tsp
- ½ tsp turmeric
- Ground chilli 2 tsp
- Onion 1 piece
- Chicken breast 4 pieces
- Sour cream 100 g
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Cilantro 1 bundle
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a frying pan. Put crushed garlic and spices. Fry over high heat for a minute, stirring vigorously. Add tomato paste and very finely chopped onion, fry for 4 minutes.
- Slice chicken into small pieces and put in pan, pour 150 ml of water and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour sour cream, salt, pepper, stir. Simmer until cooked chicken.
- Serve with chopped cilantro.
