Heat the oil in a frying pan. Put crushed garlic and spices. Fry over high heat for a minute, stirring vigorously. Add tomato paste and very finely chopped onion, fry for 4 minutes.
Slice chicken into small pieces and put in pan, pour 150 ml of water and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour sour cream, salt, pepper, stir. Simmer until cooked chicken.
Serve with chopped cilantro.
