- 15 small new potatoes with peel
- 2 spoons olive oil
- Sea salt
- Boil potatoes in light salt water for 10 minutes.
- Drain the water and let the potatoes dry a little bit.
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Put potatoes on the plate, sprinkle with sea salt and oil.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the peel is crispy.
- Serve with fresh, chopped greens.
