New potatoes with peel baked in the oven
Ingredients:

  • 15 small new potatoes with peel
  • 2 spoons olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Water
  • Greens

Instructions:

  1. Boil potatoes in light salt water for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain the water and let the potatoes dry a little bit.
  3. Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
  4. Put potatoes on the plate, sprinkle with sea salt and oil.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the peel is crispy. 
    Serve with fresh, chopped greens.
