Ingredients

  • 15 small new potatoes with peel
  • 2 spoons olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Water
  • Greens

Instructions

  • Boil potatoes in light salt water for 10 minutes.
  • Drain the water and let the potatoes dry a little bit.
  • Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Put potatoes on the plate, sprinkle with sea salt and oil.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the peel is crispy. 
  • Serve with fresh, chopped greens.
