Honey Garlic Salmon
Ingredients
- 2 Lbs salmon fillet, skin on
- 5 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 Cup honey
- 1/4 Cup soya sauce
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp butter
- Kosher salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl whisk in honey and soya sauce and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high. Place salmon skin side down and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes covered.
- Meanwhile add butter to a small saucepan. Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add honey and soy mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce begins to thicken.
- Pour sauce on salmon and reduce heat to medium. Cook covered for 10 additional minutes or until fish is fully cooked. Serve hot.
