1.5 kg pork breast with ribs
1.5 kg potato or fresh salad- For meat marinade:
2 cloves of garlic

1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 lemon juice
- Potato marinade:
Olive oil

1 lemon peel
1 tablespoon honey
Directions
