Slow Cooker Beef Stew
Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch pieces
- ¼ cup all purpose flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 ½ cups beef broth
- 3 potatoes, chopped
- 4 large carrots, sliced
Instructions
- Place beef, onions, potatoes, and carrots in the slow cooker.
- Whisk together all ingredients and pour over the beef. Mix the beef to coat evenly. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
