Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • ¼ cup all purpose flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 1 ½ cups beef broth
  • 3 potatoes, chopped
  • 4 large carrots, sliced

Instructions

  • Place beef, onions, potatoes, and carrots in the slow cooker.
  • Whisk together all ingredients and pour over the beef. Mix the beef to coat evenly. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
