  • Cooked rice
  • Ham
  • Leeks
  • Eggs
  • Soya sauce
  • Fried onions
  • Coconut oil


  • Heat the wok over high heat and add oil. Cut the leeks very finely, cook the white, reserve the green.
  • Then add the diced ham, then the beaten eggs. Stir until the egg is cooked. Add the rice and mix everything well. Finally, add the soy sauce and mix one last time.
  • It’s ready, all you have to do is add the fried onions, the green leek and a little pepper before serving. You can put the vegetables and the proteins you want, just keep the egg and the leek.
