Finnish Blueberry Pie


  • Butter 150 grams
  • 2 eggs
  • Wheat flour 200 grams
  • Icing sugar 200 grams
  • Baking powder 1 tsp.
  • Bilberry 400 grams
  • Sour cream 250 grams
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Beat the butter with 150 grams of powdered sugar, add one egg. Sift flour with baking powder. Mix everything – the dough is ready.
  3. Put the bottom and sides of the baking mold with dough, put in the oven for 10 minutes, then remove.
  4. Whip sour cream, 50 grams of powdered sugar and vanilla essence to a uniform consistency, add 1 egg, beat everything again. Mix gently with blueberries. Put the ready stuffing in the resulting cake and place in the oven for 30 minutes, then leave it to cool in the oven turned off.
