Cake “The Hazelnut”


Ingredients:

  • 125 g of flour
  • 250 g of sugar
  • 100 g of powder hazelnut
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 100 g of butter
Instructions:

  1. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture turns white.
  2. Then add the ground hazelnuts, vanilla sugar, melted butter, flour mixed with the yeast.
  3. Whip the egg whites and incorporate them into the previous mixture.
  4. Pour into a buttered dish.
  5. Bake 30 min at 180 degrees
