Ingredients

  • 125 g of flour

  • 250 g of sugar

  • 100 g of powder hazelnut

  • 6 eggs

  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar

  • 1 sachet of baking powder

  • 100 g of butter

Directions

  • Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture turns white.
  • Then add the ground hazelnuts, vanilla sugar, melted butter, flour mixed with the yeast.
  • Whip the egg whites and incorporate them into the previous mixture.
  • Pour into a buttered dish.
  • Bake 30 min at 180 degrees.
