Cake “The Hazelnut”

Ingredients
- 125 g of flour
- 250 g of sugar
- 100 g of powder hazelnut
- 6 eggs
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 100 g of butter
Instructions
- Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture turns white.
- Then add the ground hazelnuts, vanilla sugar, melted butter, flour mixed with the yeast.
- Whip the egg whites and incorporate them into the previous mixture.
- Pour into a buttered dish.
- Bake 30 min at 180 degrees.
I will definitely be making this again.
