Beet hummus


  • Beet 500 g
  • Roasted sunflower seeds 100 g
  • Roasted sesame 100 g
  • Walnuts 100 g
  • Garlic 20g
  • Vegetable oil 160 ml
  • Sriracha 20 ml
  • Salt to taste

  1. Baking beets in foil in the peel at 220 degrees for about 1 hour (this is to preserve its color). Then peel off.
  2. Load all ingredients into a blender glass and punch until smooth (the process takes about 5 minutes, no less).
  3. After that, rub the whole mass through a sieve, for a silky texture, but if you do not wipe it, it will also be delicious!
