1/3 cup milk
1 cup shredded smoked cheddar
- Set oven to 325.
- Sauté chopped up red potatoes and onions.
- While that’s cooking mix together 10 eggs, 1/3 cup milk, 1 cup shredded smoked cheddar, greens and salt, and pepper to taste.
- Mix cooked potatoes with egg mix, pour about 1/3-1/2 cup into each muffin tin(the eggs will rise a little) and bake in the oven for 20-25 mins.
