Vegetarian sandwiches with avocado and mozzarella
Ingredients:

  • 8 wheat bread slices
  • 1 matured avocado
  • 125 grams of mozzarella cheese
  • 100 grams of lettuce
  • 80 grams of cream cheese

Instructions:

  1. Avocado is cleaned and cut into about half a centimeter thick slices. Also slice mozzarella cheese.
  2. Spread (~ 10 grams) of cream cheese on each slice of bread. One slice of bread puts the lettuce on top of them – sliced ​​mozzarella and everything on top – avocado slices pressed with the second slice of bread.
