Vegetarian sandwiches with avocado and mozzarella
- 8 wheat bread slices
- 1 matured avocado
- 125 grams of mozzarella cheese
- 100 grams of lettuce
- 80 grams of cream cheese
- Avocado is cleaned and cut into about half a centimeter thick slices. Also slice mozzarella cheese.
- Spread (~ 10 grams) of cream cheese on each slice of bread. One slice of bread puts the lettuce on top of them – sliced mozzarella and everything on top – avocado slices pressed with the second slice of bread.
