8 wheat bread slices
1 matured avocado
125 grams of mozzarella cheese
100 grams of lettuce
80 grams of cream cheese
Directions
- Avocado is cleaned and cut into about half a centimeter thick slices. Also, slice mozzarella cheese.
- Spread (~ 10 grams) of cream cheese on each slice of bread. One slice of bread puts the lettuce on top of them – sliced mozzarella and everything on top – avocado slices pressed with the second slice of bread.
