Potato gnocchi with stewed duck


  • Potatoes 500 g
  • 3 egg yolk
  • Semol flour 150 g
  • Parmesan cheese 70 g
  • Duck legs 2 pieces
  • Butter 10 g
  • Parsley 3 g
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

  1. First cook the duck. Add salt and pepper to duck legs and leave overnight. Transfer to a saucepan, add butter, chopped parsley and stew in their own juice for 3 hours. The finished duck meat divided into small pieces.
  2. Prepare potato gnocchi. Boil the potatoes in salted water, drain the water, add the yolks and crush until smooth. Add flour, parmesan (50 g), knead the dough and refrigerate for an hour. From the dough to form small dumplings, put in boiling salted water and boil.
  3. Put ready gnocchi on a plate, add duck meat on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
