Meat balls Recipe

Ingredients
- Beef 400 g
- 1 egg
- White bread 100 g
- Milk 4 tablespoons
- Wheat flour 1 tablespoon
- Water 5 tablespoons
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil 3 tablespoons
- Ground red pepper to taste
- Dill 1 tablespoon
- Parsley 20 g
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Meat, soaked in milk and pressed 2 slices of bread, skip through a meat grinder, add spices, chopped herbs, egg, mix, form chops, roll in flour.
