  • Milk 4 tablespoons
  • Wheat flour 1 tablespoon
  • Water 5 tablespoons
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil 3 tablespoons
  • Ground red pepper to taste
  • Dill 1 tablespoon
  • Parsley 20 g
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Meat, soaked in milk and pressed 2 slices of bread, skip through a meat grinder, add spices, chopped herbs, egg, mix, form chops, roll in flour.
