Low Calorie Cheesecake


Ingredients:

  • Oatmeal 1 glass
  • Bananas 1 piece
  • Baby cream puree 1 can
  • Cottage cheese 300 g
  • Sour cream 15% 200 g
  • 2 eggs
  • Corn starch 100 g
  • Honey 1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon 20 g
  • Poppy 20 g
Instructions:

  1. Grind the oatmeal in a blender, mash the banana and mix with the oatmeal. Put on parchment and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Grind the resulting cake and mix with baby cream puree while stirring until smooth. Pour the resulting mass into a mold and shape the sides. Put in the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
  2. Take the cottage cheese, sour cream, honey and eggs and blend everything with a hand blender until smooth. Add cinnamon for flavor. In the end, add 3 tablespoons starch and mix thoroughly. Transfer the liquid mass into a form with sides, send it to the oven for 50-60 minutes at 180 degrees.
  3. Take out of the oven and let cool in the fridge overnight. Decorate as you like.
