Chicken and Beans Fajitas
Ingredients
- Sweet pepper 3 pieces
- Chicken fillet 1 kg
- Chilli 4 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Canned beans 2 cans
- Vegetable oil to taste
Instructions
- In hot oil, fry chopped Bulgarian pepper, add diced chicken fillet, lightly fry, salt, add chopped chili pepper and beans preserved in chili sauce, close the lid and simmer until ready for 10 minutes. Served with pita bread and sour cream.
