Chia pudding with cashew milk and berries
- 60 g chia seeds
- 400 ml cashew milk
- Honey or maple syrup to taste
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Lemon peel
- Berries or sliced fruit or seeds of choice
- Put all the ingredients of the pudding except the berries in a blender and mix very lightly to make an even mass.
- Pour into serving dishes and refrigerate for 6-12 hours.
- Serve with berries or seeds of your choice.
