Chia pudding with cashew milk and berries


Ingredients:

  • 60 g chia seeds
  • 400 ml cashew milk
  • Honey or maple syrup to taste
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Lemon peel
  • Berries or sliced ​​fruit or seeds of choice
Instructions:

  1. Put all the ingredients of the pudding except the berries in a blender and mix very lightly to make an even mass.
  2. Pour into serving dishes and refrigerate for 6-12 hours.
  3. Serve with berries or seeds of your choice.
