Cauliflower cream soup with gorgonzola, smoked almonds and aloe honey
Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower 200 g
  • Water 50 ml
  • Cream 50 ml
  • Gorgonzola cheese 20 g
  • Smoked Almonds 7 g
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Aloe with honey to taste

Instructions:

  1. Boil cauliflower with a clove of garlic for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Separately, melt gorgonzola (or other blue cheese) in cream.
  3. Combine the creamy cheese mixture with boiled cauliflower and beat with a blender.
  4. Before serving, grind smoked almonds, sprinkle almonds over warm soup and pour aloe honey. Garnish with cheese chips if desired.
