Cauliflower cream soup with gorgonzola, smoked almonds and aloe honey
- Cauliflower 200 g
- Water 50 ml
- Cream 50 ml
- Gorgonzola cheese 20 g
- Smoked Almonds 7 g
- Garlic 1 clove
- Aloe with honey to taste
- Boil cauliflower with a clove of garlic for 15-20 minutes.
- Separately, melt gorgonzola (or other blue cheese) in cream.
- Combine the creamy cheese mixture with boiled cauliflower and beat with a blender.
- Before serving, grind smoked almonds, sprinkle almonds over warm soup and pour aloe honey. Garnish with cheese chips if desired.
