Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup quick oats

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder

  • Dash of salt

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • Liquid sweetener, to taste

  • Chocolate chips & cherries for topping

  • Filling:
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (optional)

  • Liquid sweetener, to taste

Directions

  • Blend dry ingredients together.
  • n small bowl, mix dry ingredients with milk & sweetener. 
  • Pour mixture into greased baking dish.
  • Mix together yogurt, protein (if using), & sweetener.
  • Place in center of baking dish.
  • Spoon batter over edges of yogurt until mostly (or entirely) covered.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips and chopped cherries on top.
  • Bake at 375 F for 9-11 minutes.
  • Sprinkle more chocolate chips on top if desired (but who doesn’t want more chocolate?) Enjoy!
