1cup + 1/4 cup milk of your choice
1 tbsp apple vinegar
1 flax egg or 1 egg
1 cup buckwheat flour
1 tbsp no refined sugar
1tsp baking powder
1tsp baking soda
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Mix the milk+ vinegar and let sit for 10 minute.
- Add the flax egg.
- Pour the flour and all the remaining ingredients in the liquid mixture and stir until combined.
- Bake in your waffle iron.
