Very Easy Homemade Granola

Easy Peasy Granola Recipe


  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 overripe mashed banana
  • 1/4 cup (~60gr) maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1/4 cup (~60gr) peanut butter (any nut butter works)
  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 6 chopped brazil nuts

  1. Combine all ingredients together.
  2. Lay on the baking sheet and bake for 20 ish minutes at 170°C. (check granola every 5-10 minutes).
  3. Leave to cool (or not) and ENJOY.
