Very Easy Homemade Granola

Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 overripe mashed banana
1/4 cup (~60gr) maple syrup (or honey)
1/4 cup (~60gr) peanut butter (any nut butter works)
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
6 chopped brazil nuts
Directions
- Combine all ingredients together.
- Lay on the baking sheet and bake for 20 ish minutes at 170°C. (check granola every 5-10 minutes).
- Leave to cool (or not) and ENJOY.
