Very Easy Homemade Granola Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 overripe mashed banana
- 1/4 cup (~60gr) maple syrup (or honey)
- 1/4 cup (~60gr) peanut butter (any nut butter works)
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
- 6 chopped brazil nuts
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients together.
- Lay on the baking sheet and bake for 20 ish minutes at 170°C. (check granola every 5-10 minutes).
- Leave to cool (or not) and ENJOY.
I made this recipe and it was okay, but I think it could use more spice.
