Shawarma with oyster mushrooms and red beans


  • Oyster mushrooms 75 g
  • Red sweet pepper 35 g
  • Yellow sweet pepper 35 g
  • Tomatoes 50 g
  • Onion 50 g
  • Canned beans 50 g
  • Salsa Sauce 50 g
  • Vegetable oil 15 ml
  • Teriyaki sauce 20 ml
  • Salt 1 g
  • Armenian pita 90 g


  1. Peppers, tomatoes, onions and oyster mushrooms fry in vegetable oil, adding teriyaki sauce and salt at the end.
  2. Rinse canned beans and add to vegetables with mushrooms. Next add salsa sauce.
  3. Put everything on pita bread. Fold the pita with an envelope in the form of a roll (22 cm long, 6 cm in diameter).
  4. Fry shawarma on the grill on all sides until golden brown.
