Rib-eye steak medium roast
- Meat must be warmed to room temperature. Salt and pepper the steak on each side, spread salt and pepper evenly over the meat.
- Grease the steak with oil in such a way that a thin film is formed.
- Put the steak in a well heated pan. Fry the meat for 5-7 minutes on each side.
- When serving, garnish with a sprig of rosemary or thyme.
