Rib-eye steak medium roast



  1. Meat must be warmed to room temperature. Salt and pepper the steak on each side, spread salt and pepper evenly over the meat.
  2. Grease the steak with oil in such a way that a thin film is formed.
  3. Put the steak in a well heated pan. Fry the meat for 5-7 minutes on each side.
  4. When serving, garnish with a sprig of rosemary or thyme.
