  • Beef steak 1 piece
  • Sea salt 5 grams
  • Black allspice 2 grams
  • Olive oil 1 ml
  • Thyme 1 sprig


  • Meat must be warmed to room temperature. Salt and pepper the steak on each side, spread salt and pepper evenly over the meat.
  • Grease the steak with oil in such a way that a thin film is formed.
