Onion rings in cheese batter
Ingredients
- Onion 2 pieces
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup wheat flour
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Cheese 70 g
Instructions
- Cut the onions to 7 mm.
- Beat the eggs.
- Add salt.
- Pour in the milk.
- Cover the flour.
- Grate the cheese.
- Knead the batter.
- Dip the rings in the batter and in the frying pan!
