Burgers with meat balls
Ingredients:

  • 4 burger buns
  • 16 meat balls
  • Salads
  • 100 g of cream
  • 10 radishes
  • 10 g of butter
  • Half spoon Dijon mustard
  • Half spoon oil with garlic flavor
  • Dill
  • Salt, pepper
  • 50 g of tomato paste
  • 50 g BBQ sauces
  • 20 g of honey
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 spoon oil
  • 1 spoon table vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Making sauce. Heat the tomato paste in pan with oil. Add the BBQ sauce, honey, chopped garlic and vinegar, boil for about 10 minutes to make the sauce thicker.
  2. Heat up the grill. Grill meat balls. At the same time put the buns on the grill. To make the buns smoother, they are covered with butter. The buns will be ready first – they will be removed from the grill and cooled.
  3. The radish is grated on the vegetable grater, the salad is cut more finely. Put everything in a bowl, add cream, mustard, oil, salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Mix.
  4. On the bottom of the bun put salads, then meat balls, pour the tomato sauce and sprinkled with dill. I still had a salad, so I put on top the salad. Cover with the upper part of the bread and serve immediately.
