Grilled beefsteak with baked lentils


  • Beef 4 pieces
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Rosemary to taste
  • Salt pinch
  • Pepper black ground pinch
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Canned lentils 200 g
  • Paprika to taste
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Parsley 100 g
  • Stale white bread 100 g

  1. Align the steaks with your palms. Grind the rosemary and mix it with olive oil. Grate the steaks with rosemary oil and leave for a while while the pan is warming up. Fry the steaks for 3 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper. Place the steaks in the oven for 4 minutes so that they are slightly baked. Serve with lemon wedges and baked lentils.
  2. Place the lentils in the pan. Mix the bread, paprika powder, garlic, lemon, orange zest and parsley in a blender. Put the mixture in a saucepan, on lentils, sprinkle with lemon-flavored oil. Place in the oven, bake until crisp. Before serving, decorate with herbs and lemon.
