Preheat your oven to 200°C.
Season the seabream with salt and pepper on both sides.
Place the sea bream on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Stuff the lemongrass, chilli, and lime slices inside the fish cavity.
Drizzle olive oil over the fish.
Cover the fish with another sheet of parchment paper, tucking the edges under the fish.
Bake the fish for 25-30 minutes, depending on the size of the fish.
Once the fish is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
