Set the oven's temperature to 400°F (200°C).
Salt and pepper the inside of the fish.
Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for about a minute, or until fragrant.
Add the garlic butter to the frying pan with the fish already inside.
Cook the fish in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and the fish is thoroughly cooked.
Take the fish out of the oven and drizzle it with lemon juice.
If preferred, top the fish with more melted butter and chopped parsley before serving.
