Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Cook the pasta according to the package directions until it is al dente.
While the pasta is cooking, season the cooked and shredded chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
In a large bowl, mix together the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, pasta sauce, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
Pour the pasta mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Top the pasta with the remaining mozzarella cheese and grated parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
Once out of the oven, let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped fresh basil before serving.
