- 2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch pieces
- ¼ cup all purpose flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 ½ cups beef broth
- 3 potatoes, chopped
- 4 large carrots, sliced
Place beef, onions, potatoes, and carrots in the slow cooker.
Whisk together all ingredients and pour over the beef. Mix the beef to coat evenly. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
