1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1/4 cup chopped scallions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 large eggs, beaten
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, milk, gochujang, scallions, garlic, salt, black pepper, and beaten eggs until well combined.
Transfer mixture to the prepared loaf pan and use your hands to shape it into a loaf.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
