Transfer mixture to the prepared loaf pan and use your hands to shape it into a loaf.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
Pour the mixture over the top of the meatloaf, spreading it evenly with a brush or spoon.
Bake the meatloaf for 50-60 minutes, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
