Ingredients

  • 4 swordfish steaks
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to high heat.
  • Season the swordfish steaks with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Grill the swordfish for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  • While the swordfish is cooking, prepare the mango salsa by combining diced mango, red onion, red bell pepper, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl.
  • For the avocado crema, blend together avocado, sour cream, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a food processor until smooth.
  • Serve the grilled swordfish with mango salsa and avocado crema on top.
