Ingredients
  

  • Green apples 1 piece
  • Cucumbers 2 pieces
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Chives 4 pieces
  • Dill 4 stalk
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Wine vinegar to taste
  • Sunflower oil ½ tablespoon

Instructions
 

  • Grate a large apple on a coarse grater. With cucumbers, remove the peel and grate too (if the vegetables are very young, then it is possible with the peel).
  • Garlic and dill (without stalks, only leaves) finely chop, chop onions arbitrarily. Mix with cucumbers and apples, sprinkle with lemon juice, season with vinegar and butter, mix.
