Ingredients
1 1/2 c almond flour
1/2 c pumpkin puree
2 eggs
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
Extra dark chocolate chips
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350, then mix everything in a large bowl until a batter forms. (I’d also add in some cardamom or nutmeg if you have it on hand!)
Fold in your preferred amount of chocolate chips then pour mixture into a parchment paper lined loaf pan and bake 30-35 minutes.
