  • Turkey fillet 500 g
  • Sweet pepper 1 piece
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Teriyaki sauce 100 g
  • Sesame seeds 2 tablespoons
  • Honey 1 tsp
  • Olive oil 1 tablespoon

Instructions
 

  • Cut the turkey fillets into small pieces. Heat the pan well with olive oil. Put the pieces of turkey into the frying pan, mix to “grasp” a little crust. Then reduce the fire slightly.
  • Next, add onion and bell pepper sliced ​​into half rings with a turkey pan, squeeze garlic and pour in teriyaki sauce (can be replaced with soy, but the taste will be different). Cook for 20 minutes.
  • Then add honey to the pan, and when it is “melted,” add sesame seeds and mix.
