Turkey with vegetables, sesame and teriyaki sauce
- Turkey fillet 500 g
- Sweet pepper 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Teriyaki sauce 100 g
- Sesame seeds 2 tablespoons
- Honey 1 tsp
- Olive oil 1 tablespoon
- Cut the turkey fillets into small pieces. Heat the pan well with olive oil. Put the pieces of turkey into the frying pan, mix to “grasp” a little crust. Then reduce the fire slightly.
- Next, add onion and bell pepper sliced into half rings with a turkey pan, squeeze garlic and pour in teriyaki sauce (can be replaced with soy, but the taste will be different). Cook for 20 minutes.
- Then add honey to the pan, and when it is “melted,” add sesame seeds and mix.
