  • Turkey fillet 500 g
  • Sweet pepper 1 piece
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Teriyaki sauce 100 g
  • Sesame seeds 2 tablespoons
  • Honey 1 tsp
  • Olive oil 1 tablespoon


  1. Cut the turkey fillets into small pieces. Heat the pan well with olive oil. Put the pieces of turkey into the frying pan, mix to “grasp” a little crust. Then reduce the fire slightly.
  2. Next, add onion and bell pepper sliced ​​into half rings with a turkey pan, squeeze garlic and pour in teriyaki sauce (can be replaced with soy, but the taste will be different). Cook for 20 minutes.
  3. Then add honey to the pan, and when it is “melted,” add sesame seeds and mix.

Egg or wheat noodles are good as a side dish.
