Spaghetti with chanterelles


Ingredients:

  • Spaghetti 100 g
  • Butter 30 g
  • Chanterelles 70 g
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Chicken bouillon 150 ml
  • Olive oil 10 ml
  • Parmesan cheese 10 g
  • Parsley 15 g
  • Dried porcini mushrooms 1 g
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
Instructions:

  1. Cook the spaghetti in a large amount of boiling salted water until al dente.
  2. Put the chanterelles in a large pan and fry in vegetable oil for 10-15 minutes. Then add the broth, butter, chopped garlic and parsley leaves. Season with salt and pepper. Evaporate into a thick sauce.
  3. Put the pasta in a pan and stir. Add dried porcini mushrooms. Stir and heat for 2-3 minutes to make the pasta and sauce whole.
  4. Place the pasta on a plate, sprinkle with herbs and serve.
