Salmon With Parmesan Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 to 6 pieces of salmon fillets
- Chive
- Leek
- Olive oil
- Lemon peel from 1 lemon
- 300ml Cream
- About 100g grated Parmesan
- Flaked salt and pepper
Instructions
- Salt and pepper the salmon, then fry with olive oil on high heat until it has a crispy surface.
- Set aside on a platter. Fry leeks and pour in the cream and grated parmesan, whisk on medium heat.
- Sprinkle with chopped chives and lemon zest. Stir, put the salmon in the sauce and let it simmer on low heat for about 8-10 minutes.
- Serve with rice and a good salad.
The flavor of the dish was good, but it was a bit too salty for my taste. I would suggest reducing the amount of salt in the recipe.
