Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 pieces of salmon fillets

  • Chive

  • Leek

  • Olive oil

  • Lemon peel from 1 lemon

  • 300ml Cream

  • About 100g grated Parmesan

  • Flaked salt and pepper

Directions

  • Salt and pepper the salmon, then fry with olive oil on high heat until it has a crispy surface.
  • Set aside on a platter. Fry leeks and pour in the cream and grated parmesan, whisk on medium heat.
  • Sprinkle with chopped chives and lemon zest. Stir, put the salmon in the sauce and let it simmer on low heat for about 8-10 minutes.
  • Serve with rice and a good salad.
