Ingredients
3 cups bread flour
a packet of instant yeast
2 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp Rosemary
1.5 cups room temp water
Instructions
Simply combine the ingredients, prove in a warm area for 2-3 hours, shape into 2 loaves and prove another 30 mins, score, top with more rosemary and sea salt, and bake at 475 F for 22-25 mins.
