  • Pork 1 kg
  • Sour cream 500 g
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Hops-suneli 0.3 tsp

Instructions

  • Meat washed, cut into goulash and put in a tray or pan for baking.
  • In a separate bowl, mix sour cream and mayonnaise, add crushed or grated garlic, black pepper on the tip of a knife, 1 / 4-1 / 3 teaspoon of hops-suneli, salt to taste, then mix everything thoroughly.
